Meet your instructor: Martha
A gentle yoga class for the childbearing women. This class is appropriate for those new to yoga and pregnant or postpartum women with their healthcare providers approval. This is a slow flow with a guided meditation at the end of class. Basic hatha yoga poses with adaption for pregnancy as needed. Bring a mat if you have one. Birth/yoga balls provided.
Fee (You must register online before coming to a class - if you want to walk in please call 262-617-7461 prior to coming to make sure class is running):
Class size limited to 8 participants so please register at least 24 hrs in advance to ensure your spot.
Class days/times: Tuesdays at 9:30 am
* This class is not included in the FREE classes for Mothering the Mother doula clients and is not included in the unlimited class package.
